Lifetime Group announces the acquisition of Scottsdale Moneywise

The Lifetime Group are delighted to announce the acquisition of the Milton Keynes based intermediary Scottsdale Moneywise. The firm is a perfect fit for The Lifetime Group as it prides itself on client centered holistic financial advice.

The firm of seven advisers boasts five qualified Financial Planners (one of which is Chartered). The mortgage and protection business is equally well established and looking to maximise the opportunities that being part of Lifetime offers.

Commenting on the transaction, Lifetime CEO Paul Merrigan says “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Scottsdale. Scottsdale are a perfect strategic fit for the Lifetime group both in terms of the services they offer and their location. We will ensure this venture is nothing but a success. Lifetime will continue to look for new businesses that fit our ethos and principles and we’re excited to have Scottsdale on board”.

Dominic Anderson, Wealth Director of Scottsdale said, “Having worked in the same organisation for around 18 years I have seen a few changes in terms of ownership and structure along the way. However, I am more excited about the future now than at any time in the past. The businesses were already closely aligned in terms of ethos, goals and operating structures which will make merging them much easier than might otherwise have been and always made Lifetime an obvious choice. I am looking forward to working with the Lifetime team and can’t wait to get started”.

Nick Konkol, Scottsdale Mortgage Director adds, “I have admired Lifetime and Paul’s team’s achievements, from afar for many years. Words cannot convey how excited I am to be joining the team and that I can finally learn from Paul and all at Lifetime Group. I am over the moon that my team and I can be part of Lifetime and look forward to an amazing future being part of an amazing business.”
